Wayne’s College of Beauty is also governed by the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology whose mission is “to ensure the health and safety of California consumers by promoting ethical standards and by enforcing the laws of the barbering and beauty industry”.  Their responsibilities include protecting and educating consumers who seek barbering, cosmetology, and electrology services.
